By downloading, installing, or using the GrindLock mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
GrindLock is a productivity application that blocks selected applications using Apple's Screen Time APIs (FamilyControls/ManagedSettings) until the user completes a daily bodyweight workout. The app provides guided exercise routines and enforces real app blocking through iOS system-level controls.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GrindLock. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You acknowledge that you voluntarily grant Screen Time permissions to GrindLock. You are responsible for:
GrindLock uses Apple's FamilyControls framework to enforce app blocking. The blocking behavior is governed by iOS and may vary with operating system updates. GrindLock is not responsible for missed notifications, blocked emergency access, or any consequences resulting from app blocking. Users can always disable Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings.
Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. GrindLock is not a medical or fitness professional. All exercises are performed at the user's own risk. GrindLock is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from use of the workout features.
Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Pricing may change with notice.
All user data is stored locally on your device. GrindLock does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All app content, design, branding, and code are owned by GrindLock and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
GrindLock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to injuries, lost data, or blocked access to apps.
We reserve the right to terminate access to GrindLock for abuse, violation of terms, or any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
